Summer’s Here!!
Hello all!
With the longer days and an even longer Adventure To-do list, I will not be sitting to write weekly blog posts as I focus on getting the most out of these summer days with my kids
First up is leaving on an epic road trip through the seemingly gigantic state of Oregon, discovering all the southeast portion has to offer.
I’ve already packed snacks on snacks, it seems like snacks to the power of 10 at this point. I meant to take a picture yesterday but totally forgot and it’s already packed up but imagine a gallon bag for each day for each person with smaller bags of goodies inside. I know a pictures worth a 1000 words and all but you get the idea. This keeps it organized, and when one days worth of snacks is consumed that’s it for the day and we all have to wait for dinner, wherever that will be
The kids snack rundown (who got my lucky non-food intolerant genes)
Tortilla chips
Queso chips
Yogurt covered raisins
Freeze dried fruit
Fruit gummies
Protein bar or granola bar
Chomps mini meat sticks
Apple sauce pouch
Yogurt squeeze pouches (will be in a cooler obviously)
For me (All gf & df free)
1st Phorm Breakfast Sausage Meat sticks
1st Phorm Vegan Chocolate Brownie Protein bars
Pretzels
Bagels
Rice cakes
Tortilla chips
Dried Edamame snack
Turkey pepperoni
I’m also bringing water flavoring packets, and electrolytes, and trail mix (sans chocolate because dairy obviously)
So there you have it, road trip snacks to the power of a bazillion at this point. I’ll take lots of pictures and post soon!!
