Chelsea is a badass Military Veteran, mom of 2 small kids, who works full time in healthcare. Chelsea wanted to lose weight and return to the person she used to be before kids. Chelsea adhered to the 16 week challenge, trusting that each weekly theme would assist her as she worked towards implementing new habits. She was surprised to learn how much flexibility there is in learning how to use macro counting and on the days she didn’t log, she found that using a mindful approach still kept her on track, while allowing her to enjoy life around vacations, sickness and an overall busy life. She fell back in love with fitness, learning how to work around an old knee injury in a way that still felt good to her and is excited to continue finding workouts that she enjoys and hopes to return to playing soccer and swimming.
Chelsea lost 17 lbs during her challenge, and has gone on to lose more while continuing to implement the strategies she learned working with Caressa, resulting in an 20 lbs weight loss!
