Fact.
Fats, like carbs, also get a bad rap but again, it’s helpful to understand why we need them in the first place. In the last installment of my posts dedicated to macronutrients (because there are only 3!), we are going to explore just that: the why, the what, and where to get them- the healthy ones that is, because, oh yes, there are unhealthy fats (not to use the term ‘bad’ here) that need to be limited and some that need to be eliminated for better health outcomes.
